2. Nature of Our Services

Floxarixvorlaxer provides professional furniture services rather than retail products. As such, traditional return policies for physical goods do not directly apply. Instead, we focus on service quality guarantees, customer satisfaction, and remedial actions when services do not meet agreed specifications or expectations.

Our services include custom furniture manufacturing, professional furniture restoration, furniture assembly, structural furniture repair, and on-site furniture repair services throughout Berlin, Germany, and surrounding areas.

3. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. If you are not satisfied with our services, we commit to working with you to resolve any concerns. Our satisfaction guarantee includes:

  • Thorough consultation before beginning any project to ensure we understand your requirements
  • Regular communication throughout the service delivery process
  • Final inspection and approval before considering a project complete
  • Prompt response to any concerns or issues raised after service completion
  • Reasonable efforts to remedy any defects or deficiencies in our workmanship

4. Custom Furniture Manufacturing

4.1 Design Approval Process

For custom furniture manufacturing projects, we provide detailed designs, material samples, and specifications for your approval before beginning production. Once you approve the design and we commence manufacturing, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs. We encourage careful review of all design elements before providing approval.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

Custom furniture projects require significant time, materials, and labor investment. Cancellation policies for custom furniture manufacturing are as follows:

  • Cancellations before manufacturing begins: Full refund minus a design fee of 15% of the project cost
  • Cancellations after manufacturing begins: Refund of amounts paid minus costs incurred for materials and labor
  • Cancellations after completion: No refund available, though we will work to address any legitimate quality concerns

4.3 Quality Issues

If custom furniture does not meet agreed specifications due to defects in workmanship or materials, we will repair or remake the affected components at no additional charge. This guarantee applies for one year from delivery date and covers defects arising from our manufacturing process, not damage from use, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

5. Furniture Restoration Services

5.1 Pre-Service Assessment

Before beginning restoration work, we conduct a thorough assessment of your furniture and provide a detailed proposal outlining the restoration process, expected outcomes, and any limitations. Antique and vintage furniture may have inherent characteristics that cannot be completely eliminated through restoration.

5.2 Restoration Guarantee

We guarantee our restoration workmanship for six months from service completion. If issues arise with our restoration work during this period, we will address them at no additional charge. This guarantee covers our workmanship but does not extend to pre-existing conditions, structural issues not addressed in the original scope of work, or damage occurring after restoration.

5.3 Dissatisfaction with Results

If you are dissatisfied with restoration results, please contact us within seven days of receiving your furniture. We will arrange an inspection and work with you to address concerns. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer to adjust the finish, perform additional work, or provide a partial refund if we cannot achieve the agreed outcome.

6. Furniture Assembly Services

6.1 Assembly Guarantee

We guarantee proper assembly according to manufacturer specifications. If assembly errors are discovered within 90 days of service, we will return to correct them at no charge. This guarantee covers our assembly work but does not extend to defects in the furniture itself or damage caused by use after assembly.

6.2 Manufacturer Defects

If furniture components are defective or missing, this is a manufacturer issue rather than an assembly problem. We will assist you in identifying such issues and can help facilitate communication with the manufacturer, but we are not responsible for manufacturer defects or missing parts.

7. Furniture Repair Services

7.1 Repair Warranty

Furniture repair services, including structural repairs and on-site repairs, are warranted for six months from the service date. If the same issue recurs due to our workmanship during this period, we will re-repair it at no charge. The warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not extend to other parts of the furniture or new damage.

7.2 Limitations

Some furniture damage may be beyond economical repair, or repairs may have limitations due to the age, condition, or construction of the furniture. We will inform you of any such limitations before beginning work. Our repair warranty does not cover furniture that is subjected to conditions or use beyond normal residential or commercial use.

8. Service Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policies are designed to be fair while respecting the time and resources we allocate to each appointment:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: No charge
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24-48 hours before the appointment: 25% of estimated service cost
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment: 50% of estimated service cost
  • No-show appointments: Full estimated service cost

9. Refund Process

When a refund is warranted under this policy, we will process it according to the following procedures:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or postal mail
  • We will acknowledge receipt of your refund request within two business days
  • We may arrange an inspection of the work or furniture in question
  • Refund decisions will be communicated within seven business days of inspection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible

10. Exclusions and Limitations

This Return Policy does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents after service completion
  • Normal wear and tear or aging of furniture
  • Changes in personal preference or style after approving designs or completed work
  • Issues arising from failure to follow care and maintenance instructions
  • Modifications or repairs performed by parties other than floxarixvorlaxer
  • Damage from environmental factors such as humidity, temperature extremes, or sunlight exposure
  • Pre-existing conditions not disclosed or discovered during initial assessment

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our services that cannot be resolved through direct communication, we encourage the following dispute resolution process:

  • Contact us in writing detailing your concerns and desired resolution
  • We will schedule a meeting or call to discuss the issue in detail
  • If necessary, we will arrange an independent inspection of the work
  • We will propose a resolution within a reasonable timeframe
  • If we cannot reach a mutually acceptable resolution, you may pursue other remedies available under German consumer protection law

12. Consumer Rights

This Return Policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights under German and European Union consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights to remedies for defective services or misrepresentation.

Under German law, consumers have specific rights regarding service quality and may be entitled to remedies including repair, price reduction, or contract termination in cases of significant service deficiencies.
